The Alpha Nursery School is located in Darjeeling India. Originally started solely as a nursery school, they now serve students through class four. With only six small classrooms, their space is extremely overcrowded and does not allow adequate space for the students.

At the Ayyermalai Government School in India, there are over 500 students. For many years the school had no available toilet facility for the boys who are attending the school, only the girl students. Due to these circumstances the students would have to use a nearby open field.
