Computers for Education

The Problem

The Africa Hope Center is a small orphanage located in Nairobi Kenya and serves an average of 100 orphans. Limited funding did not allow for access to any technology for the children at the orphanage.

The Solution

Under our 10-Cent Project Solution program, we partnered with the Alain Locke School in Harlem, New York to raise money for the purchase of computers.

The Africa Hope Center in Kenya has shared some photos of the students using their computer, which was purchased through funds raised by the Alain Locke School in New York.
